How does a babble bath works?

Wonder how a babble bath works? 

Basically, there is a bubble system, we call it wind pump or, air pump which is pre installed under the tub. 

Subsidiary to Jacuzzi pump, this wind pump blows air into the tub creating numerous bubbles.
